UNI 70/C
Digital electric 3-phases
bending machine for bending with mandrel system

UNI 70/C digital,
version attached with mandrel support arm of 2 meters to bend with mandrel tools thin and finished delicate tubes with small radius and a very high bend quality without wrinkles on the bent pipe.

The UNI 70/C digital is an accurate and powerful bending machine able to bend large diameters as well as thin and finished delicate tubes with optimal and constant bending radius and almost without any pipe deformation. Suitable to satisfy every user bending requirement operating in the plumbing, nautical, hydraulic, industrial, ornamental and implantation sectors.

Mechanical spindle for the bending plan regulation.

2 interchangeable outlet shafts
included as standard equipment.

UNI 70/C Accessories - For bending with mandrel
Cast iron former for bending with internal mandrel tubes from diam. 10 mm to diam. 50 mm.
Round steel jaw (one per size) necessary for bending with mandrel up to diam. 35 mm and correspondents in inches. Jaw must be applied on the pipe locking device.
Square steel jaw (one per size) necessary for bending with mandrel above diam. 35 mm and correspondents in inches. Jaw must
be applied on the pipe locking device
.
Couple of rolls (two per size) for bending with mandrel when pipes do not require special aesthetical results.
Slider (one per size) for bending finished delicate and thin-wall pipes: it avoids mark
on the external side of the pipe.
Support for wiper-die. It is used to position and lock the wiper-die to the mandrel arm support. (code 000432).
Universal support for wiper-die (code 000778).
Wiper-die (one per size according to diameter and bending radius). To bend with mandrel finished delicate and thin-wall tubes; it avoids wrinkles inside the pipe and can be used together with the slider or with the couple of rolls.
Mandrel support rod.
Solid steel mandrel (one per size). It is used to bend thin wall tubing with tight radii. The external diameter of the mandrel should be approximately 2/10 mm. less the internal diameter of the tube to be bent. In case of welded tubes, the mandrel will have the seam groove throughout its surface to facilitate the insertion and bending of the tube.
