Technical Characteristics

  • The hardened and ground (400-450HB) cross slide guides for the carriage and bed assure a long life and allow high speed displacement.
  • The special desigh of the headstock guarantees very quiet rotation, a high removal rate of chips, and an excellent quality finish on the machines pieces.
  • A main spindle of great rigidity with high precision angular contact bearings, which have been pre-loaded and greased for their working life, guarantees extremely accurate turning.
  • Hardened and ground ballscrews on both the X and Z axes guarantess long life and great accuracy.
