Description
The
MT 150R Twisting Machine is a machine designed to manufacture
iron pieces for decoration, bars, railings, spirals, circles etc. The material
is cold-treated, using the torsion and flexion method.
This
is a machine designed for small and medium production in its manual
version, however a programmer may be built in for manufacturing
in series.
The
cover is made of folded steel plate and the chassis is amde in
a single steel block. The tool compartment is included. The traction
is by reducer motor with flat shafts, oil bath, and high performance
due to the small loss caused by this kind of reduction.
All
standard tools are supplied with the machine, however the coupling
base for our head may be supplied to order in various sizes to
be able to make all dies that might be required.
