ALMI
has developed a series of highly efficient manually operated and
electrically driven machines for the notching of gas pipes, steam
pipes, stainless steel pipes, non-ferrous metal pipes, and many
other types of pipes. Wherever pipes need to be welded together
at an angle of 90 degrees, ALMI pipe notching machines ensure
that the correct slot is cut very quickly and accurately. They
are also eminently suitable for making double corner joints.

Productivity
When
use ALMI pipe notching machines, you no longer need to file out
or to mill pipes. The great advantage they have over other notching
machines is that a single unit can be used to notch pipes of various
diameters without having to change parts.

punch-cutting machines, which use separate auxiliary tools, the
ALMI pipe notcher is always ready for work straightaway. And its
price is even well below that of the auxiliary tool just mentioned.

ALMI
also supplies pipe notching machines for cutting out venting slots
in round and square section steel pipes with outside diameters
from 27mm upwards and with a wal thickness of 4mm maximum.
Electric
Drive
For
intensive use, ALMI has developed a notching machine with 2.2kW
electric motor. The motor forms one unit with the special eccentric
shaft that drives the notching tool. The motor is also fitted
with an on/off switch with zero-voltage protection and a guard.
Hand
Operation
The
hand-operated machines can be mounted on a wall very easily. The
special eccentric shaft transmission and the lever system enable
you to transfer considerable force with minimal effort.
